Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Because many of our wreaths are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary. Ready-made wreaths are typically shipped within a few business days. Custom wreath orders may take longer depending on the design and materials needed. You will be notified if additional time is required.

Shipping Method

All wreaths are shipped using a reliable shipping carrier. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the wreath.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged Items, Incorrect Address, and Lost Packages

If your wreath arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered.
