Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for supporting my small business! Each wreath is handmade with care and attention to detail.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any wreaths, including custom orders. Because each wreath is handmade and many are created specifically for a customer, we are unable to accept returns for refunds.
If there is an issue with your wreath, please contact us and we will do our best to help. In some cases, you may be asked to send the wreath back so we can repair, adjust, or fix the problem. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your wreath.
For custom wreath orders, customers have 24 hours after delivery to report any problems with the wreath. If an issue is reported within that timeframe, we may ask that the wreath be returned to us so we can review and fix the concern.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending a wreath back for adjustments or repairs unless otherwise discussed.
