By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All wreaths are handmade and may have slight variations in color, ribbon placement, or materials. This is normal for handmade items and helps make each wreath unique.

Custom Orders

We offer custom wreath designs based on the colors, themes, or ideas you request. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun, the order cannot be canceled. We will do our best to match your vision, but small variations may occur depending on available materials.

If you ordered a custom wreath and believe there is a problem with it, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. After that time, we may not be able to review or adjust the order.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any wreaths, including custom wreaths. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the problem. In some cases, you may be asked to send the wreath back so we can repair or adjust it.

Shipping

Once a wreath has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue.

Product Care

Wreaths are decorative items and should be handled with care. While many wreaths can be displayed outdoors, placing them in a covered area (such as a porch or protected door) will help them last longer. We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, improper handling, or long-term outdoor exposure.
